Today most of the 8th grade continued the same as Friday, six or seven took the camera to take pictures for the next project, one of them actually set up a pose and told her models to "Act Emo" it makes me wonder how much of the Emo lifestyle they actually know about.
The 7th grade Lesson on expressionism/portraits to start on self-portrait assignment
6th grade 5th period, lesson on underpainting, painted using one color based on an impressionist painting. Each table had to pick from one painting a single color. I medeated one table where one stong minded girl wanted blue and the rest of the table wanted cyane (a blue-green color for you non-art people) I did the most democratic thing I could think of, took a vote.
6th grade 6th period, start new drawings to be painted later.
6th grade 7th period, continue working on suns.
