8:30-9:30 4th grade - Cut outs based on shapes found in the art room
9:30-10:00 Prep time
10:00-11:00 2nd grade - story of the creation of colors (red is angry, blue is calm, yellow is jealous, red and blue mix to create melancholy purple, yellow gets more jealous and provokes angry red but because yellow is only in one place (the sun) it can only get to red there, red calls out to blue, blue calms red (creation of the night sky) so yellow sends out shoots (stars) and provokes red from there blue calms yellow down (ground) blue surrounds yellow (day sky) and everybody is happy

Molly told me early on that she usually isn't comfortable sharing her classroom with another person, that she works best when she's the only person there but suggested that I work in Helen's room too (the person that came up with the creation of color story) who works with the K-2nd graders.
